I can't answer your first question, as I'm not on my WoW computer... but I will be able to answer it when I start raiding later on.
As for your second question, right click on that timer and there is a little padlock option at the top of the Spell Timer module that when clicked locks the timer in place and removes the message.
EDIT: As far as I can tell, there's no way to stack your spell times based on what order you cast them in.
