@Necrophgst: Really like that one... Will try Raven on my own UI later... Seems promising!
Anyway, here's what I use atm:
Using my own (soon to be released) oUF-layout, a person actionbar addon and as you can see, most of the UI has been modified to match.
As you can see, I lack a good buff-mod atm. I think I will try Raven or simply skin the default buffs.
