I don't mind healing and have kind of been avoiding it as I'm not very good at customizing things, and over all it isn't the best to heal with. HOT's should be mandatory, as no matter what type of play-style you may have, its a necessity. Same with incoming heals. I haven't tried it out on the new healing grid..... but showing incoming heals on targets are another necessity I can think of. For a healer at least. Not just incoming heals from that player, but from everyone.
