The only non-offensive word or phrase I learned from them was "la" which is apparently the equivalent of saying "fullstop" to indicate that you have finished speaking a sentence, except you have to say it in Cantonese because it's a tonal language, so you can't use inflection to indicate whether what you're saying is a statement, question, etc. Amusingly, they even used "la" when typing in English... seemed unnecessary since there are written symbols for "that was a statement" and "that was a question" in English (and in Chinese) but amusing nonetheless.
