Indeed progress is showing and it is not rounding. Takes the frustration of hitting 99.999999998% to new levels!
Kidding, of course.
I have noticed that the docked minimap does not go full screen in indoor areas on Draenor... not sure if that has been reported or not. I've got the proper options checked on. Certainly not a critical bug.
