Opening Bag Lag
The newest update to the Cargbags (8.1 r18), introduced an issue where upon opening the bag, there's an extremely noticeable stutter.
If you actually open and close the bag somewhat quickly, the entire game lags to 5-10 FPS.
Edit: there's actually severe lag when toggling a bag on, or off.
