Here is how I went - this covers up to lvl 66 so far -
Build
It may look like a hodge podge of points, but I still outdo most everyone dmg wise, including mages and most warlocks. For poison I prefer just instant poison for the extra dmg. So far this works very well for 5 man to 25 man raids, and allows me to do the DPS while still being able to sneak past or sap almost anything.
Of course since the last patch where they changed the rogue skill of sapping to never take you out of stealth disapointed me. I kind of liked having that chance to get caught. They nerfed it the wrong way I think.
