I have no idea of how to do so with Bartender, but I could probably figure out, though it would take some time, and I don't know how to implement an option which can configure it ingame. So you would need to edit .lua to get it to work

EDIT: Allright, I've spoken with Zork about it, and I am not allowed to post the tutorial on how to do it. I could make a layout for rActionButtonStyler, but I have no idea on how to make it properly rectangular then.
