[Arcadian Del Sol]

Just rolled a new mage with the new changes and notice that there is a graphical "frame" around the player when it procs (looks like two blue-white half circles on either side of the toon.

anyone know the names of these frames or the frame that parents them so I can move it? I use a dual-monitor display with the game window offset to the left, and that means this new display is off the target.
