You should first update you're version, unless it is a conflict with another addon it looks to me that you are using an older version. You can get the latest version from
WoWI or the
link from ircdirk signature for the one with the more recent translation updates if you are not using the English locale.
P.S. There is a DEV branch in github for thous that want the latest dev version.
