Just for information's sake - WoWInterface, as an entity, has no problem whatsoever with you (or anyone) offering to pay someone to code an addon for you.
Blizzard says that addon
authors can't charge for an addon [if they want it to work in WoW]. Donations are fine. Offers by users to pay someone for their time and skills to code something is fine. WoWInterface simply has to abide by Blizzard's rule. Just wanted to clear that up.
