The only thing I can suggest is the same thing I always seem to suggest in cases like this... try exiting WoW and renaming your World of Warcraft > WTF folder to World of Warcraft > WTF.saved and then log back in.
There has to be some kind of artifact thing going on here and I didn't see frame rates that low in a 40 man and I spent all night last night in a normal group and never saw frame rates below 40fps on a laptop. So something off is up.
A lot of "strange" behavior these last few days. I wish I had a clue why.

and i wanted to thank you so much you answering things and questions anyone has for your UI, you keep up and running and i love it for that.(ive played with alot of UI's and they seem to shut down or stop updating them at a point, always seems to happen when i get really use to the UI too
