this is a taint from the minimenubar error that has been reported in another thread.

go to this msg to get a file that will 'fix' it for now

you will need to download it and copy it to your wow directory.. \interface\addons\nUI\Bars
though it still errors with pet battles, and repositions itself, you'll need to do a
/nui rl to then fix it again after a pet battle
