ZOMG ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I've always wondered how people did that. This sheds a whole new light on my UI in that I'll have to redesign everything much more cooler !
Ugghh.... I think Fubar thinks 2 bars is1 bar. Lets say there are 2 bars, #1 is on top and #2 is on bottom, try resizing them both and what you get is resizing of the right bottom and left top bars and that's it, and turn on a background if you didn't already and had it opaque. The plugins show on a bar that doesn't look like it's there. Like it's on nothing but you can see your icons on no bar or w/e. you get the point.
