On the other side of the ocean, Blizzard Europe keeps ignoring this problem ostentively (that is: not even answering mails. nothing at all. not a "sorry, we don't know" or a "email [email protected] instead, just nothing).

I don't understand them. At all. I don't understand what i so hard about giving a little answer to someone that waited for it during more than 6 weeks. Though Cairenn, I hope that you won't feel sorry about that again, as once again it's not your fault, but my opinion about Blizzard (EU mostly) is closer and closer to the "cancel account" point. I'm trying to take that as well as possible, but unanswered mails... when you're a professional and when the mail comes from an (angry, or at least impatient) customer, the least you can do is to react
