I have tried removing everything and then doing a fresh install of nUI and
ONLY nUI. Unfortunately, the problem persists even under those circumstances. The weirdest thing is that it only happens when the tooltips frame is on the left side of the screen. If it is on the right side, everything works the way it should. The tooltips stay put. On the left side however, they get repositioned.
