Same way as before - hit escape and go to the Key Bindings interface. There is a mod that controls it called myBindings2 to make it more organized. If you wish to bind something to the scroll wheel (fe, if you load up SmartBuff, then decide you don't want it on anymore, SB will have unbound camera zoom in/out to be able to add its own binding to the mousewheel at the same time) then you'll need to disable myBindings2 and bind the mouse wheel in the default interface.
