It had nothing to do with WoWUI.cn.

OpenDNS is blocking it.
"Site blocked by OpenDNS. i36.tinypic.com is not allowed on this network."
I can change this for my IP, but it'll stay blocked for the other two computers (in use by my children).
Edit: I can see the pic in the ops post now.
