I think you're getting a false-positive. This specific alert (which is actually "trojan.PWS.WOW.NDZ") is a common false-positive that can be triggered by things as simple as banner ads. Also, this simply being a Java file is enough to trip a lot of alerts.

Panda Cloud and MSE both say it's clean, and I've been using Minion for quite some time now with no issues...so I'd say you're ok.
