Thanks this fix worked for me. For those that do not know how to fix this , this is how I did fix Carbonite after the patch.
Go to WoW folder open
Interface then
Addons.
Then scroll down and Open the main Carbonite folder (should be first one). Inside look for Carbonite file that is the Lua File (look on right side says type on top) Open this using notepad. When open click the edit button on top , then replace. When box opens , In the Find what section copy paste ChatFrameEditBox in it. In the Replace with section copy/paste ChatFrame1EditBox . Click Apply and you are done. Open WoW and engage Carbonite
These steps worked for me. hope this help. I love the Carbonite Addon.
