I don't think there is really.
The best you can do I think is monitor PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD and use the map functions to identify what type of area you are in .. it won't tell you when you finish a dungeon/raid etc but it should in theory respond to you zoning in and out .. that loading screen is where the PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD event does its stuff if I am not mistaken.
