edit - I feel maybe the texture is too flat, maybe make it more 3d? I think it would fit it better :P And also make the HP non-class color? Just IMO.

The background is class/reaction colored, health is transparent - thus it's showing the background of the frame at full health, not an actual bar texture.
Like I said it's based on Slim, basically no changes to the layout itself. I just threw in the textures to see how they look. I'm currently working on border textures for other frames, like minimap, tooltip, etc. To make an interface out of it. Might change the bar appearance, later on, too.
The question is if the art will be good enough for a whole UI.
