Pretty much this, I try to stay away from a lot of normal food that we eat and try to cook what I can that's healthy; Pasta, Fish, varieties of salads with steak/chicken and such. And of course Sushi! (nom nom)

It's good to hear you're doing okay If you need a good list of recipes for health good tasting food, hit me up !

Today for breakfast I had fried egg whites with melted sliced mozzarella slice of tomato and salt/pepper/basil on a toasted English muffin ~ Was really good.
Very low cholesterol and a good amount of calories, or take off the egg and add some pesto sauce and some turkey bacon for a nice small lunch :>

The standard western diet can do pretty nasty things to the body, especially those organs close to the digestive system (like the epidemic of appendicitis in our culture, though that's also due to our sitting toilets not being really healthy for the bowels ).
