Pretty much this, I try to stay away from a lot of normal food that we eat and try to cook what I can that's healthy; Pasta, Fish, varieties of salads with steak/chicken and such. And of course Sushi! (nom nom)

Today for breakfast I had fried egg whites with melted sliced mozzarella slice of tomato and salt/pepper/basil on a toasted English muffin ~ Was really good.
Very low cholesterol and a good amount of calories, or take off the egg and add some pesto sauce and some turkey bacon for a nice small lunch :>
