Well for automation I believe that is impossible but imo the next best thing is Panda which is hosted here, I use it and it has a nice menu screen and what have you but anyways it allows you to disenchant things with one click though you have to click on each item in the list, you dont get that pesky "are you sure you want to destroy this" and all you have to do is in game type /panda (once you've installed it of course) and voila, you just left click on each item in the list to disenchant it. I also like that it comes with what I consider a far superior enchant list than the default crafting ui.
