Carbonite is currently undergoing a rebuild thanks to Rythal and many other contributors. There is a 'working' beta here

Some aspects, such as social are not working properly and you would not want to use it (social). Just go to Github at the link provided, click on Download Zip. Open the Zip and install the contents of that folder into your addons folder. Just to clarify, The Zip will be called Carbonite-master, the files for Carbonite are IN that folder. Don't just drag Carbonite-master to your addons and expect it to work. You will most likely have to activate those addons from the in-game menu.
