if your payment for wow was setup before the fully merged wow and bnet accounts you will only see your payment option as valid when you are looking directly at your wow account. Because that used (until yesterday) the old WoW account pages to do the payment options.
Once u pay for something via bnet, i.e authenticator or another game, your payment options will show on the main page as well.
