I got a new database from Haavok today with over 200 new quests added. Those should be all the patch 3.0.8 and 3.1 new quests. That means they have a database entry. Some have locations, some don't. Haavok continues to work on the database.
Quest item use button(s) is on the todo list. Don't know if it will make it in the next Carb version.
