After Iīve read the entire thread, I must say I really canīt understand the complains.
Iīm also a former subscriber and even after the subscribtion "dropped", after the policy changes, i just canīt say that carbonite has lost on quality, either on support nor on features.
I just wanted to say to the Carbonite Team: You are doing a great job. Thanks for this really good add-on and keep going
