Just wanted to chime in that I got my key (big thanks here Cairenn! - I really enjoy this opportunity to see the new world, give feedback and try to figure out how to get CooldownCount to work again), and it took about (half a week to a week) - and this may have been exceptionally good due to timing, so please chill a bit.
Also, I currently get ~500 ms latency, so if you could keep away the hordes of people until that gets sorted you'll get a cookie from me!
