Why don't you look into
AI-Art Cataclysm. The look of you buttons seem to match in some degree to what I made.

Please keep in mind that, the Version 1.8 Beta is for WotLK
Version 3.2 is for Cataclysm and is Alpha, I have to warn you the screens you see there are 3.2 in 3.3 it will look a whole lot different.
Since the grunge / gradient background will not work out with the new art from Cataclysm. I'm working on 3.3 to get it out soon with the new look.
