Install Help. It's available from every addon page here at WoWI.
Make sure of the location of your WoW folder first, though, because it's probably not the same as listed in the help. If you are using Window's, right click the WoW icon on your desktop, and, in the menu, you can choose to either "Open file location" (which will open the WoW folder directly), or click on "Properties". This will open a "Properties" window, and you want the "Target" location on the "Shortcut" tab. Having this will allow you to navigate to the location if you should wish to do so.
Sorry, but I have no idea how to do this on a MAC.
