That's wow itself, most of the level 1-6ish quests auto accept. Part of that "dumb it down for new players." But is it quests past the initial start? Like the quests to the far East where the Troggs are does it auto accept as well? Or is it only in korgath? (On phone hopefully that's the right name for the dwarf start)

I've only been playing lvl 90-100, so yes it's a current bug.
