The problem you have there is that you have another bar addon. This is detrimental to using nUI as it isn't a simple addon but one that encompasses several elements that multiple addons can do for you.
The best way to work with nUI is to first turn off your original addons and just have nUI running. After a while you will see what you are missing and then turn on those addons.
With nUI you should not need another bar addon and with nUI+ a raid frames addon.
And, with the various optional addons, and their appropriate addons they work with you can have things like recount and omen hidden away in the bottom left until you need them.
I have attached some screenshots of my toons using it in various elements of day to day play and you can see how screen real estate is quite minimal in relation to what it can do for you.
If you haven't already downloaded nUI+ read the forum post at the top of this forum and it will explain how you can get access to it.
And if there is anything that isn't supplied by nUI that is vital your gameplay a word in the forums will usually result in an answer to confirm it can be added or suggest an addon that is known to work alongside with nUI.
