i don't really see how that could be construed as "cheating" as it's simply "broadcasting" a view of your screen to remote computer and allows input on the host. it would be essentially no different from someone standing next to you while you played.

While the actual request is incredibly vague, thus preventing anything more than confusion, speculation and calls for "stop cheating", this is nothing worse than putting the PC output on a wall via a projector and people shouting out "Go left. Look out for the Murloc noob." etc.
A phone, TeamSpeak or being in the same room would be so very much easier than us trying to work out what on earth the OP meant.
