I play on Kil'Jaeden but have the same issues on my server-down toon on Darrowmere.
I have tried isolating Carbonite with same effect on both servers. I normally run with DBM, Healbot, Recount, Auction Lite, Bartender and recently added Altoholic.
My video settings are at default.
