Not a DNS problem. Like Shirik said, DNS will only affect your initial connection. Sounds like corrupted cache or probably a routing problem. Check your router/firewall (if any), and if you're on a Windows machine you could use ipconfig to:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
