1. The micro menu you want yours to look like is a different addon outside of ElvUI. It's XIV_DataBar found
here.
2. I'm not sure if ElvUI supports Masque and it's skins but, if it does then you're going to want to install that addon and look for the skin you desire.
3. You can add new textures to use for the statusbars. You can follow the directions found on TukUI
here. The 2nd post has a youtube on how to do it with ElvUI.
