In this thread the 24th (or later) is mentioned. In Shirik's release thread the next date in line (after the 17th) is the 31st, so I'd hazard a guess at somewhere between the 24th and 31st.
This is all speculation, of course. I haven't checked the Daily Update thread yet, but you can always watch in there for updates.
