kk that box that is 4X4, to get rid of that you Shift+Scroll wheel click.
but if anything I think you have fobbed up your Mazzleification, have you tried to remazzle with default settings ? Make sure that you choose the correct resolution, and you shouldnt have to mess with anything in WOW interface options at all.
