Cowtip(tooltip mod) puts their talents in the bottom of the tooltip like Talents: 21/0/40 . The default setup is a little bloated but u can edit Dogtag's and get it to dispaly as u wish. I also beleive Tiptac has the "talent" option in its next release. Tiptac is a very nice tooltip mod thats easy to config. Hope this helps ;0]
