Currently twobits has been helping me out. I am always looking for more volunteers to help revive TinyTip. I no longer have the time to work on it myself. Here is what I'm working on:

Step 1: Fix any bugs in TinyTipBasic, TinyTipPositioning, and TinyTipTargets.
Step 2: Remove TinyTipBasic, Positioning, and Targets from core TinyTip. These will be standalone, and now be even simpler code.
Step 3: Add /ttip set <setting> <value> command to TinyTip. This can be used instead of the GUI.
Step 4: Add TinyTipOptions into TinyTip. It can still be moved to be LoD, but there are now other options to avoid TinyTipOptions if you really want to.
Step 5: ????
Step 6: Profit!
