Glad you're out and (hopefully) feeling alright.
The standard western diet can do pretty nasty things to the body, especially those organs close to the digestive system (like the epidemic of appendicitis in our culture, though that's also due to our sitting toilets not being really healthy for the bowels
).
Keep up a healthy diet and you'll soon feel better than ever
