I was, but after reading the error lines I noticed nUI's tooltip's were referenced over and over again... I attributed it to be a conflict with nUI managing the tooltips, so I turned that off and haven't had the cstack overflow again or since yet... cept each time I do a fresh nUI to test again... and forget to turn it off in ADVANCE :/
