I have tried turning on and off "Auto Accept Quests" (I've never messed with the other carbonite settings on this toon, or most of my others). I don't auto-accept when the addon is off, but it does when it is on. I tried disabling the addon on another toon, re-enabling it, and talking to a quest NPC, and did not auto-accept.
Not sure if this is a bug or something, it's just something I cannot seem to fix on this specific toon.

I also reported this earlier this week and didn't hear anything back...hoping it can be fixed soon
there are times I want to 'talk' to an npc but not accept a quest. Happening to all my toons since last push.
