I had some problems with carbonite when I first launched 3.2, but mine where because some old version of Gatherer somehow got turned on (I didn't realise I even still had it installed).
Once I removed that the only problem I have is the rather minor one of not being able to abandon quests from the quest window. No biggee at all. Oh, and once again I can't get the minimap integrated into the carb map, but I'm sure that's just looking at the prefs again and undocking or or whatever.
