I see you have Prat 3.0 installed -- isn't Prat 3.3 the current one? In any event, do you by any chance have the "Simple Chat" option turned on in your interface settings? (Interface > Social > Simple Chat) -- if so, uncheck that option and see if it fixes the chat frame errors.

is caused by a corrupt configuration file. Log out to the character selection screen for any character that has that error and go to [ World of Warcraft > WTF > Account > {your account} > {your realm} > {character name} > SavedVariables ] and delete the "nUI.lua" file in that directory. Then log in on that character. It should log in correctly without throwing that error. Now log the toon back out and it should save a WTF file for that character that is not corrupt.
