In each addon's folder is a file called Addon'sName.toc - in this toc (table of contents) file, there are two lines listing dependencies and optional dependencies. Most Ace addons list their libraries in the optional dependencies line so that they can all share one set of libs (the libs are in the AddOn's directory itself, like in Mazzle). Those things listed in those two lines are what you need enabled for an addon to run.
