Just updated to the latest version now.
I delete my nUI folder in interface as sugested in the mail.
extracted new version and fired up wow.
got this.

Got the no frames visible as before. I did a "/nui rl " as this normally solves it.
the message popped up telling me i had upgraded to version 5.06.14 (if memory serves. def 14 at the end)
Forgot a screenshot I'm afraid.
