This thread has been down for some days now, but i believe that the problem with the EU keys remains unsolved. I'm posting and bumping this thread mostly to gather feedback from the other EU mod authors in the same ID range: Did you eventually receive your keys?
Anyway, as Cairenn seems to have done every possible thing on her side, I've decided to post on the official EU forum (as it seems to be a EU only problem). I've got no answer yet, you can add something if you have stuff to add.
I hope that this wasn't a bad move from me, i didn't think anyone could get offended by that (and i apologize if i'm wrong).
Anyway, well PTR is up, the addon i'm working on atm can be tested there, no real problem. If i had TBC, i must admit that it wouldn't directly help me coding yet, until i'm done with what i'm doing at least. Though it's a bit sad of course when you're waiting for something
